Bay House Concierge runs five services for households in St. Petersburg, Florida and the Gulf beaches: grocery shopping and delivery, errands and returns, vacation rental stocking, snowbird season opening and closing, and per-property accounts for hosts.
Each is a flat published fee or a published hourly rate. Mileage included, tips welcome, shelf price on the goods, receipts the same day.

Grocery shopping & delivery
Pauliane shops your list at your stores in St. Petersburg, brings it to your kitchen and puts it away, cold items first.
For the household that wants the weekly run to stop being theirs.
From $50/hour, two-hour minimum. Or $270 a month for six hours on the Resident retainer: $45.00 an hour.
- Publix, Mazzaro’s and Rollin’ Oats in one trip. A second store is not a second fee.
- Shelf price on the goods. Never a percentage of your checkout total.
Errands, returns & concierge
We take the stack by your door and the list on your counter (returns, pharmacy, dry cleaning, the post office, the four-hour plumber window) and hand it back done.
For the thing that has been in your trunk three weeks.
$60 flat for a single errand: one stop, up to 60 minutes, Zone A. No account, nothing ongoing.
- Return labels, drop-off receipts and tracking numbers sent to you.
Vacation rental & refrigerator stocking
The refrigerator, pantry and bar are full and put away before anyone unlocks the door, not bags left on a porch in July.
For owners and arriving families on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island and Pass-a-Grille.
Signature Arrival, $95 flat: one store, up to 60 items, timed to check-in. Grand Arrival, $175: two stores, up to 120 items, flowers, first night staged.
- Cold chain iced from checkout to your refrigerator; packaging removed, not left in the bin.
- A printed inventory card on the counter, so guests know what is there.
Snowbird season opening & closing
Opening means the house is aired, checked and stocked for the day you land. Closing means it is emptied, wiped down and shut correctly the week you leave.
For seasonal residents, October to April, and the adult children who worry in between.
Season Opening $260 · Season Closing $155. The Seasonal retainer is $600 a month for 14 hours, seven-month term.
- Off-season standby, $90 a month: biweekly home checks with a photo report.
For hosts & property managers
A per-property arrangement for hosts and managers: guest-paid arrival stocking on a co-branded booking link, or a monthly account that keeps the consumables closet full.
For anyone turning more than one property, tired of an 8pm text about coffee filters.
Host Partner costs you nothing: the guest pays, you keep a 10% referral share. Turnkey Host, $105 a month per property.
- Named-additional-insured certificate and W-9, sent the day you ask.
- Guest errand response within 90 minutes during a stay.
Zone A, included in every price above: St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Tierra Verde, Isla del Sol, Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Bayway Isles, Shore Acres, Coquina Key, Snell Isle, the Old Northeast. Zone B adds $25 flat, Zone C $50. Full map: service area.
Can one person do the grocery run, the returns and the rental?
Yes, and it is the reason to hire this way rather than by the task. Two or three of them can run on one visit: one household file, one person, one invoice. The person doing your Tuesday grocery run drops your returns on the way and stocks the rental you own on Pass-a-Grille before Saturday check-in.

None of it is re-explained each week, because none of it lives in anyone’s head. It lives in your household file (brands, allergies, the dog’s food, the access notes, the standing slot) so a week away or a change of season does not cost you the explaining again. How a household starts.

- Mileage inside Zone A, every visit.
- Multi-store consolidation on hourly and retainer visits: grocer, butcher and florist arrive together, one fee.
- Your household file, exported to you as a PDF on request.
- The same person every visit: Pauliane, and nobody else.
- 24 hours’ notice cancels free. If we miss a window, that visit is free.
- Your rate held twelve months.
There is no backup. If she is ill or away, you hear it from her and the visit moves. She does not send a stranger into your house.
What we will not do
- No percentage of your checkout total, no surge, no delivery fee, no mileage charge.
- We never hold your money. No stored card numbers, no account access.
- No medical or personal care. We are not a home care agency.
- No client list, and nothing posted from inside a home.
