Send a list · St. Petersburg, Florida

Tell us what you need, and when.

Type it or paste it, then pick an hour on the calendar. The page sorts the list by store and by aisle, so Pauliane walks it in order and nothing gets missed, and the booking is the confirmation.

If you would rather talk than type, call 727-642-6982, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Not ready to send yet? Keep a running list instead: add things the moment you think of them, and turn it into this list with one button when it is time.

1 Who this is for

Substitution questions arrive by text, so a mobile matters.

2 The list

Pick a store, then add items one at a time or paste the whole thing. Each item is filed under the part of the store it lives in (produce, deli, dairy, frozen, the paint aisle, the returns counter) so the run reads top to bottom. Change any that lands in the wrong place.

No items yet Multiple stores are one trip and one fee on hourly and retainer work. A second store costs time, not a second charge.

Getting in
Anything marked “no substitutes” on the list comes back empty rather than replaced, whatever this says. Allergy items always do.
How should we reach you?
The gate that has to latch, the box that has no label yet, which of the two Publixes, the thing you could not fit in the list above. This is the part she reads first.

Next: pick your hour. When you press send, Pauliane’s calendar opens with your list already attached. It only shows hours that are actually free, and the booking is the confirmation.

What you send here reaches Pauliane, and nobody else. Your list is kept so she can walk it and you can check it; ask and it is deleted. We do not sell it and we do not add you to anything. Our privacy policy says the same thing at greater length.

After you press send

Three things, in this order.

  1. You pick the hour

Pauliane’s calendar opens with your list attached. Choose an hour that suits you; that booking is the confirmation, and a Calendly email lets you move or cancel it. Any zone charge is stated before she shops, and nothing reaches the invoice that was not stated.

Booked by you · no waiting
  2. Walked in aisle order

Your list opens on her phone sorted by store and by section, with a tick beside each item. Substitutions follow your threshold; anything marked no-substitutes comes back empty with the reason.

    Same person · every time
  3. Receipt the same day

Photographed at the register, itemized, in your phone before the bags are in your kitchen. Shelf price on everything, no markup, no delivery fee, tips welcome.

    Shelf price · mileage included

New here? The first visit still starts with a walkthrough, so she knows which door and which brand before she has a key. A one-off single errand at $60 needs no walkthrough at all: send it here and pick a window.
