What happens after you press send?
Four things, in this order, and then nothing.
Pauliane reads it and replies within one business day. By call, text or email: whichever you picked. Business days here are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
We agree on a time. Forty-five minutes at your house. Evenings and Sundays are possible by arrangement if that is the window your week leaves open.
We walk the house. Kitchen, pantry, laundry, garage. Which door, which lock, which neighbor has the spare. What you buy and what you would never buy.
You keep what we wrote down. Emailed afterwards: your vendors, sizes, access arrangements and standing tasks, as recorded at your table. It is yours whether or not you hire us. Some people use it to brief a house-sitter and never call again, and that is a fine outcome. If you do go ahead, it becomes the start of your household file, filled in over the three weeks after the walkthrough.
No sequence of follow-up emails. No second call to see whether you have thought about it. If you want us, you know where we are, and the rates are published in full, so there is no number waiting to be revealed later.

Pauliane answers the phone herself most days. When she cannot, you get a call back the same day from her, having already read your message, not a queue, and not a four-hour window.
Where we work
Zone A, included: St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Tierra Verde, Isla del Sol, Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Bayway Isles, Shore Acres, Coquina Key, Snell Isle and the Old Northeast.
Zone B, $25: Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, South Pasadena, Kenneth City, Pinellas Park. Zone C, $50: the Redington beaches, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair, Largo, Clearwater (including Clearwater Beach and Sand Key), South Tampa.
Mileage is included everywhere. There is no per-mile charge anywhere on our rate card.
The full service areaOne person can hold only so many households, so there is no published cap and no waiting list you pay to sit on. If the calendar is full when you write, we will say so and offer you a date rather than take your money and stretch a week that is already spoken for. Capacity is discussed at your walkthrough, in the specific: what your week actually needs, and whether that slot is still open.
And if what you need is someone with a decade of local reviews, say so on the call. Bay House Concierge opened in 2026 and has none yet; there are good people in this market who do. We would rather you choose well than choose us.
