Bay House Concierge serves St. Petersburg, Florida, the barrier islands and the Gulf beaches. Eleven communities sit in Zone A, where there is no travel charge at all. Zone B adds a flat $25 per visit and Zone C adds $50. Those two numbers are the whole of geography-based pricing on this site.
We never bill mileage. What we publish instead is a boundary: the places we can hold on a standing weekly route without rushing the last house of the day. Everything else is on the rate card, and the work itself is on services.

How does where you live change what you pay?
Zone A adds nothing to any price on the rate card. Zone B adds $25 and Zone C adds $50: once per visit, not per stop and not per mile, whether we are there for one errand or a season opening.

Cancellation terms and every service price sit on the rate card. Rates hold twelve months from your start date.
What do we already know about your street?
A service area page earns its place when it tells you something. Here is what each pocket asks of the person driving to it: the gate, the dock, the bridge, the store.
Snell Isle & the Historic Old Northeast
Brick streets, narrow drives, and houses where the useful door is not the front one. We park on the street and walk it rather than block a neighbour. Weekday mornings are the window we hold for this pocket: Publix on 4th Street North for the standing list, Mazzaro’s Italian Market for bread and the cheese room, Rollin’ Oats for produce and specialty diets.

Tower living, which means the building has rules before you do. A building may route vendors through a loading dock and a service elevator, ask for the window to be booked with the front desk, or want a certificate of insurance naming the association. Those are normal requests and we treat them as normal, same day. We sign in at the desk under our own name, never yours.

Waterfront streets, young families, and a grid that takes water in a hard rain. We route around a closed street instead of cancelling, and if a window is genuinely not going to happen you hear it before the window, not after.
Weekly grocery shoppingTierra Verde, Isla del Sol & Bayway Isles
Gates, guardhouses and call boxes. At a manned gate we go on the permanent vendor list under the company name, with your written authorization on file, so nobody phones you at the gate every Tuesday. A coded gate is given in writing, held the way a key is, with a rotation reminder. Everything crosses the Pinellas Bayway, so island windows are built with a cushion for it.
Snowbird season servicePass-a-Grille & St. Pete Beach
Saturday turnover country. Narrow lanes, one legal place to stop, and a causeway between the store and the house that does not care about a four o’clock check-in, so beach arrivals leave with a cooler and ice, and the window has bridge and Gulf Boulevard traffic already in it. Groceries go away, not down: refrigerator, freezer, coffee counter, packaging out with us.
Vacation rental stockingGulfport
Small lots, alley access, and households who want the same face at the door rather than a different stranger each week. It sits a short drive from the central St. Petersburg stores (Publix, The Fresh Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods), which makes a two-store list here cheap in time rather than expensive.
Errands & returnsWhy is there a surcharge past the beaches?
Because the drive is real, and pretending otherwise costs somebody. A Clearwater run in February takes most of a morning, and that morning comes out of the same week as every other household’s. Rather than ration those drives quietly, or bury the cost in an hourly rate everyone pays, we publish it: $25 per visit in Zone B, $50 in Zone C.
Standing weekly service still works across Zone B, and so does host and property-manager provisioning. Zone C we take selectively, and we say so on the phone: a season opening or an arrival stocking makes that drive make sense, a forty-minute errand in Sand Key does not.
Outside all three zones we say no rather than stretch. If you are near a line, call and ask.
There is no page here for Snell Isle on its own, or for Tierra Verde, or for Pass-a-Grille. Bay House Concierge opened in 2026, and one honest page about the whole area beats eleven thin ones repeating the same paragraph with the place name swapped.

What areas does Bay House Concierge serve?

Do you charge for mileage, fuel or delivery?
No. Mileage, fuel and delivery are included in every price on the rate card, in all three zones. Nothing else here is priced by geography: the flat Zone B or Zone C fee is added once per visit, and quoted before anyone leaves for the store.
Can you get into a gated community or a condo service entrance?
Yes, and we set it up once rather than improvising each week. At a manned gate we ask to join the permanent vendor list under the company name, with your written authorization on file at the guardhouse. A coded gate is taken in writing and held under the same key protocol as a physical key. In a condo building we book the loading dock and service elevator with the front desk, and send the association its certificate of insurance the day it is asked for.
Do you serve Tampa?
Partly. South Tampa is Zone C at +$50 per visit, taken selectively for arrival stocking, season openings and full retainer days rather than short errands. We are based in St. Petersburg and the route is built around it.
