A single errand is $60 flat in St. Petersburg, Florida: one stop, up to 60 minutes, Zone A, as of August 2026. Longer or multi-stop work is $50 an hour, two-hour minimum. Mileage is included, tips are welcome, and no account is required to book one.

What counts as an errand?
At Bay House Concierge an errand is anything legal that fits in a car and needs no licence we do not hold. Returns are the simplest place to start.
Returns and package drop-off
Amazon, UPS, USPS, a locker or a store counter. Label printed, box sealed, tracking number back.
Pharmacy and pet medication
A prescription in your own name, or the medication waiting at your vet’s counter.
Dry cleaning and the post office
Your cleaner, both directions. Certified mail, a package weighed and shipped.

Why do unreturned boxes cost you money?
Because a return window is a deadline with a dollar figure on it, and it expires without telling anyone. A stack of unopened boxes in a St. Petersburg hallway is money already spent, inside a countdown nothing is watching. Windows vary by retailer; thirty days is a common one, and the date is on your order confirmation.

Everything else here asks you to hand a stranger a key. This asks you to hand her a stack of boxes, then check that afternoon whether the receipts arrived.

Bay House Concierge charges $60 flat for a single errand (one stop, up to 60 minutes, Zone A) and $50 an hour, two-hour minimum of $100 for anything larger, as of August 2026. The flat fee wins on one short stop; hourly wins at two.

The rule is one line: one short stop, book the flat $60; two or more, book hourly. Weekly errands belong on the Resident retainer: $270 a month, six hours, an effective $45.00, including returns, dry cleaning and two let-ins. The rate card holds every number.
Can you wait at my house for the plumber?
Yes, and it is its own offering, not a favour. Bay House Concierge waits for trades, deliveries and inspectors at $50 an hour, two-hour minimum: a four-hour window costs $380 instead of a half-day of your leave. Resident includes two let-ins a month.
What we do while we are there
- Let the vendor in through the door you nominate, and stay until they leave.
- Text you both times and photograph the work and paperwork left.
- Lock up, reset the alarm, and spend whatever is left of the booked window on your list.
What we will not decide for you
- We do not approve scope. Anything past the quote you agreed reaches you first.
- We do not sign a work order, a change order or an invoice, and we do not pay the vendor. We are a door, a witness and a camera.
One person enters, Pauliane, covered by general liability insurance. She will put a current background check in your hands before she is given a key, and run a fresh one whenever you ask: the cover we carry.
What will Bay House Concierge not do?
Short, fixed, and stated before you ask.
- Nothing requiring a licence we do not hold. No contracting, no legal or tax filing, no real estate. We let the licensed person in; we do not become one.
- No medical or personal care. We are not a home care agency, and nobody here sorts, doses or administers medication.
- No transporting people. Things travel in our cars; passengers do not.
- No controlled substances beyond a routine pharmacy pickup in the client’s name. Never for a third party, never held overnight.
- No witnessing, no signing, no power of attorney. We let the mobile notary in and hand you the pen.
- No stored card numbers, no account access. Offered, we decline both.

Do I need an account to book a single errand?
No. A Single Errand at Bay House Concierge is $60 flat: no account, no household file, no walkthrough, no minimum term. You text the list, we quote in writing, and nothing renews. Pay online once it is done.
What if my return has no printed label?
We start the return ourselves. Give us the retailer, the order and the contents; we open the return, print the label, seal the box and drop it at UPS, USPS or an Amazon locker.
What happens if the store refuses the return?
You hear it the same day with the reason the counter gave, and the item comes home on the same run rather than a second one. The $60 buys the attempt and the evidence, not a guaranteed refund.
Can you pick up my prescription?
Yes, when it is a routine pickup in the client’s own name and the pharmacy’s identification rules can be met. We collect it, do not open it, and hand it over the same day. Pet medication works the same way.
Do you charge for mileage, delivery or a fuel surcharge?
No. Bay House Concierge bills no per-mile charge and no delivery fee. Distance is three fixed zones added once per visit: Zone A covers St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Tierra Verde, Isla del Sol, Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Bayway Isles, Shore Acres, Coquina Key, Snell Isle and the Old Northeast, included; Zone B adds $25, Zone C $50.
How quickly can you run an errand?
Standard lead time at Bay House Concierge is five days. Shorter notice carries no extra charge, confirmed the day you ask, subject to availability.
