Bay House Concierge charges flat published fees. Not a percentage of your checkout, not a delivery fee, not a fuel surcharge, not a per-mile charge, not a tip. You get one number before anyone leaves for the store, and that is the number on the invoice.

What does a personal shopper cost in St. Petersburg, Florida?

Every tier is the same person, because there is only one. There is no backup. If she is ill or away, you hear it from her and the visit moves. She does not send a stranger into your house. What a larger retainer buys is more of her week, not more people.

How much does it cost to stock a house before check-in?
A Signature Arrival is $95 flat: one store, up to 60 items, timed to check-in and fully put away. Groceries are separate, at shelf price. See vacation rental stocking.

Short notice
Standard lead time is five days, and bookings are accepted three months out. Shorter notice carries no extra charge; it is confirmed the day you ask, subject to availability. If we cannot do it well, we say no.
Do you charge for mileage or distance?
No. Bay House Concierge bills no per-mile charge anywhere. Distance is three fixed zones, added once per visit and quoted before we go. See the service area.

What happens when a plan changes.
Cancellation runs both directions. What you owe for a late change is published, and so is what we owe when the miss is ours.

How much does a personal shopper cost in St. Petersburg, Florida?
Bay House Concierge charges $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum, or $60 flat for a single errand of up to 60 minutes in Zone A. Retainers start at $270 a month for six hours, an effective $45.00 an hour. Arrival stocking is a flat $95. Goods are separate, at shelf price.
Do you mark up groceries or take a percentage of my checkout?
No. You pay shelf price on everything, and our fee is flat whatever the basket totals. Percentage-of-checkout pricing is the common model in this category; we do not use it, because that number cannot be known until the shopping is done.
Do you accept tips?
Yes, if you’d like to. Bay House Concierge is one person and she sets her own rate, so the published fee is already the whole of what the work costs. A tip is never part of how it is priced, but it is always welcome as a thank-you.
Is there a minimum, a membership, or a sign-up fee?
There is a two-hour minimum on hourly work, which is $100, and nothing else. No membership, no sign-up fee, no annual commitment. A $60 Single Errand needs no account at all.
What is not included in the price?
The goods, at shelf price. A $25 Zone B or $50 Zone C fee outside Zone A. Add-ons: $25 per extra store, $20 per extra 25 items, $35 for a specialty purveyor stop. All of it appears on the quote before we start.
Can I cancel a retainer, and will my rate go up?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice and no termination fee. The seven-month Seasonal term is the exception. Rates are held twelve months from your start date, and any change after that comes with 60 days’ written notice showing old and new numbers together.
